Title: Thrilling Action Unfolds in Week 3 of Rubery Thursday Football League

The third week of the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side Football League showcased some sensational performances and exhilarating matches. Teams from the Premier League and Division 1 divisions battled it out on the pitch, resulting in an unforgettable evening of football.

In the Premier League division, SakaPotatoes emerged victorious over Beautiful Men with a commanding 4-1 win. The star of the match was Jay Mistry, who led the scoring charts with two spectacular goals, demonstrating his exceptional talent and elevating SakaPotatoes to the top of the table.

The competitive spirit of the league continued with Willian Her Mouth securing a narrow 2-1 victory over Pique Blinders. A brilliant win for Willian with a double from captain Guy to pick up their first points of the season

However, the most lopsided encounter of the evening was between Dyslexia Untied and DEPORTiVO FC, with the former trouncing their opponents 5-1, proving their dominance in the division and to keep in touching distance of the top of the table

Over in Division 1, the matches were equally thrilling. Athletico Northfield edged out Pathetic Athletic in a nail-biting 3-2 game, Pathetic once again conceeding right near the death. The win keeps Northfield top of the table, however Pathetic are much improved from last season and will take that confidence into next week

Pipers FC dominated Nordic FC with a stunning 6-2 victory, with 4 from captain Randle. Pipers showing today that pre season form that they hope will continue into next week's games

Misfits FC and Chasers81120 FC delivered the most riveting match of the night, with Misfits FC clinching a hard-fought 5-4 win. Jake cowley for Misfits FC stole the show with a total of 4 goals, earning his place as the top scorer in Division 1.

The Special Inbetweeners managed to scratch out a 1-0 victory against FC BomersField in a tightly contested match, taking them up to 2nd in the table
