In an electrifying week of local football, the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side league saw some heavy action as it entered its fourth week, with teams from the Premier League and Division 1 divisions showcasing a high level of competition.

In the Premier League division, Beautiful Men dominated the field against DEPORTiVO FC, delivering a crushing 9 - 0 victory. This standout performance was greatly influenced by the team’s top scorer, Jack t, who netted a remarkable 5 goals in the match, cementing his place at the top of the division's scoring chart tonight, and also now top of the division

Elsewhere in the division, Dyslexia Untied upset Delph And Safety with a 4 - 2 win,  firmly cementing their place as title challengers for this season

 Mr Woottons U16s managed to overcome Willian Her Mouth in a close 2 - 0 game., with the win taking the reigning champions back to the top of the table

In a high-scoring showdown, Pique Blinders outplayed SakaPotatoes with a scoreline of 6 - 4, a great game to watch, showcasing the quality on show in the Premier league this season

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Athletico Northfield breezed past The Special Inbetweeners, delivering a convincing 4 - 0 win. Two goals for the leagues top scorer, and last season's MVP Charlie Morris helped seal the points for Northfield , and take them clear at the top

In a thrilling match, Pathetic Athletic picked up their first points of the season beating Nordic FC 5-4. An end to end game, which saw two from Ty help Athletic pick up a deserved first win of the season

However, the highlight of the week was undoubtedly Pipers Fc's dominant 9 - 0 win against Misfits FC. This was largely due to the exceptional performance of Jack Randle. He scored four goals for his team, making him the top scorer in Division 1 for the week and to keep him in the hunt for the golden boot
