The Rubery Thursday 6-a-side football league continued with week 9's action-packed fixtures last night, with all eyes on the Premier League and Division 1 matches.

Unfortunately alot of league games were off today, due to Villa being at home and Cheltenham races

In the Division 1 matches, goal-scoring was not an issue. Athletico Northfield triumphed over Nordic FC with a 4-2 victory, showcasing their attacking strength, to take them clear at the top
