In an exciting week 9 of the Rubery Tuesday 6-a-side Football league, some impressive performances enthralled the spectators.

In Premier League division, the clear highlight was AFC Kings Norton's staggering 10-0 victory over Skrag FC, showing their utter dominance on the field. Spearheading their success was Matt Clark, who emerged as the top scorer with a total of 8 goals, making a significant contribution to their impressive tally.

Not far behind, Wheezy Wanderers FC secured a 4-1 triumph over West Heath FC, proving their mettle and further intensifying the competition. A first Rubery win for the Wanderers, as they look to build on this going into next season

Pique Blinders FC and Rubery Athletico locked horns in a 2-2 draw, refusing to give an inch to each other. The title race officially goes to the final day, however Rubery do hold a superior goal difference

Moving onto Division 1, Turves Troopers left no stone unturned in their crushing 11-0 defeat of MurderOnZidanesFloor. One player to note was Weaver, scoring a whopping 9 goals, thus becoming the top scorer in the division. A well battled performance from Zidane Floor however, who only had 5 men


One more win for the Troopers next week, will see them go the season unbeaten

 Chasers81120 FC also made their mark by winning 2-0 against Bartley Blues and securing second place.

Meanwhile, Leave My Arsealona scored a commendable 3-0 win over The Special Inbetweeners, thanks to an outstanding performance from Tom Askin.
