NEWTON ABBOT MONDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF

Our highly anticipated Newton Abbot Monday Football League commenced last night with an exciting display of skill and passion on the pitch. In the first week of the season, teams from the Premier League showcased their skills as we kicked off the latest campaign. Here's a round up of all the results:

PREMIER LEAGUE


The Premier League witnessed some exceptional performances as teams battled it out for victory. Six' Offenders demonstrated their dominance by securing a resounding 8-1 triumph over a depleted AFC Turkey team. Elliot Simson of Six' Offenders proved to be a force to be reckoned with, netting an impressive four goals and claiming the top scorer title for the division this week.

Meanwhile, champions Newton Wanderers exhibited their strength with a solid 3-1 victory over a much improved Beckwiths Ballers, Ben Berrow hitting a brace. In another thrilling encounter, Murder On Zidanes Floor FC faced off against new team Furzeys Dream Team, with the latter emerging victorious in the dying minutes to take the win 4-2, Brandon Hughes and Jacob Wills both scoring twice. We were delighted by the exciting gameplay in all three matches, which sets the standard for the upcoming weeks of intense competition.

Brandon Hughes of Furzeys Dream Team was recognised as the league's Most Valued Player this week. Hughes showcased exceptional skills and contributed significantly to his team's victory with a couple of goals, earning him this prestigious accolade.

With the league now fully underway, we can expect more thrilling encounters and intense battles in the coming weeks.
