Happy New Year Newton Abbot Monday 6 a side teams

Happy New Year to everyone down at our Newton Abbot Monday 6 a side league. It's great to be back playing after the Christmas break. 

Premier League leaders Shlongheads haven't lost their touch over Christmas as they returned to make it 7 wins from 7 with a 6-1 victory against FC Fairways. Three players scored braces for the leaders in Sean Ayre, Brad Breslan and Jake Smith. Callum Noyce also scored twice for second place Newton Wanderers as they stay 4 points behind the Shlongheads with a tight 3-2 win over Fiorentina Turner. Finally top scorer Josh Haynes grabbed another hat-trick to help his Six Offenders team to a 7-3 win over Murder On Zidane's Floor.
