The High Wycombe Wednesday 6-a-side Football League delivered another night of intense action this week, as teams in both the Premier League and Division 1 battled for crucial points in Week 7 of the season.

**Premier League**

In the Premier League, Modelo United claimed a strong 3-1 victory over Finding Timo, maintaining their presence at the top end of the table. Elsewhere, Flow State Flamingos secured a 4-2 win against SERIOUS 6S in a thrilling contest, with Flamingos’ forward George Harris netting a remarkable hat-trick to take his tally to 17 for the season—making him the division’s top scorer.

FC Motechnics narrowly fell 2-3 to The Jezzies FC in a closely fought encounter, while Verdansk Veterans kept their title hopes alive with a commanding 4-1 win over Curl Up And Dier. The standout performance of the week came from 3 Hair FC, who ran riot with a 16-0 demolition of LenasBigDiddies. 3 Hair FC’s striker, Alex Carter, was unstoppable, bagging six goals in a single game and closing in on Harris in the race for the Golden Boot.

**Division 1**

Division 1 saw equally exciting matchups. Chilly Milly played out a tense 2-2 draw with Beating Chastards, while Seamens United edged past 3 Points 6 Pints with a 2-1 win. Winkers U11s impressed with a 4-1 win over Jon's Generals, and On The Paqueta lit up the pitch with an 8-1 victory over Junior ES Academy. On The Paqueta’s star striker, Lucas Mendes, continues to lead the Division 1 scoring charts with 19 goals this season, adding four more to his tally in this match.

JC United rounded off the evening with a convincing 4-0 win over Spindle FC, consolidating their push for promotion as the season heads towards its final weeks.

With the competition heating up and top scorers Alex Carter, George Harris, and Lucas Mendes firing on all cylinders, the High Wycombe Wednesday League promises more drama and excitement in the coming weeks.
