High Wycombe 6a side Wednesday League

The High Wycombe Wednesday Football league continues to captivate fans as we reached the conclusion of Week 12, offering thrilling performances from both Premier League and Division 1 teams.

Starting with the Premier League, the tightly contested match between Black Magic and Modelo United ended in a 2-2 draw. Both teams showcased their tactical skills and resilience, leaving all on the field in a grueling duel. Equally, Skilly and Four Guinness’s shared points when they locked horns, delivering a nail-biting 2-2 draw.

In a defensive show of strength, Finding Timo triumphed over Verdansk Veterans with a slim 1-0 victory. However, the spotlight of the week goes to FC Motechnics, who made a statement by convincingly defeating Marlow Massive 5-0, asserting their dominance in the league.

Moving onto Division 1, 3 Hair FC displayed an impressive attacking prowess by dismantling Jon's Generals 7-2. Goal Diggers managed to edge out Junior ES Academy with a 1-0 victory, keeping their fans on the edge till the final whistle. Lastly, in an evenly matched contest, Curl Up And Dier scraped past Winkers U11s with a 1-0 victory, keeping their hopes alive for a top spot finish.

Although individual performances contributed majorly to the outcomes, the top scorers for Premier League were from FC Motechnics, who put up a resounding 5 goals against their opponent. In Division 1, the scoring honors go to 3 Hair FC, who amassed 7 goals in their match.
