It was great evening at our High Wycombe 6a side Wednesday League with all Teams in attendance as expected.

High Wycombe's Wednesday 6-a-side league saw some intense matches in week 8 as teams fought hard for victory in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, SERIOUS 6S managed to edge past Skilly in a closely fought contest that ended 2-1. This victory solidifies SERIOUS 6S's position in the middle of the table, as they continue to make their presence known this season. On a similar note, Khedira Pin Drop showed their mettle with a convincing 4-1 victory over Verdansk Veterans, catapulting them to the top of the Premier League table. Meanwhile, FC Motechnics and Pathetico Madrid played out an evenly matched contest that eventually resulted in a 1-1 stalemate.

Over in Division 1, Beating Chastards. narrowly defeated West Hamza Utd 3-2, in what was undoubtedly the match of the day. This win sees Beating Chastards. maintain their position at the top of Division 1. Elsewhere, Rafalation continued their winning form with a 2-1 victory over Kiss My Pass, while Winkers U11s put on a show with a resounding 6-1 win over Hardly Athletic. The much-anticipated game between Black Magic and Farage In Charge ended in a 2-2 draw as neither team could break the deadlock.

Top scorers for the week were Khedira Pin Drop in the Premier League, with their four goals placing them at the top of the scoring charts. In Division 1, Winkers U11s took the lead with an impressive haul of six goals.

This week's results set the stage for an exciting continuation of the season. With the teams now gearing up for week 9, we can expect more thrilling matches in the High Wycombe Wednesday 6-a-side League.
