In an exhilarating week 17 of the High Wycombe Wednesday 6-a-side Football League, there were thrilling contests and impressive individual performances across two divisions - the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, the highly-anticipated match between Totteridge Town Academy and Verdansk Veterans ended in a narrow victory for Totteridge, with a final score of 3-2. Meanwhile, Epsteins Elite. managed to edge past Pathetico Madrid 3-2 in a nail-biting encounter.

SERIOUS 6S also claimed a hard-fought win 3-2 against Saffery Sixes, while the Skilly team showed their prowess with a clear 4-1 triumph over Khedira Pin Drop. The final match in this division between FC Motechnics and Finding Timo was a close affair, with the latter pulling off a slender 2-1 victory.

On the same night, in Division 1, Farage In Charge dominated Hardly Athletic with a stellar 4-0 win. Black Magic battled against Flair but couldn't hold them off, losing 3-5. Rafalation put forward a strong performance against Wide Receivers, defeating them 3-1.

In another tightly contested match, Beating Chastards. managed to eke out a 2-1 victory against Kiss My Pass. Winkers U11s, unfortunately, couldn't stand against YardBoys FC, losing 2-0.

Unfortunately, the top scorers for each division weren't disclosed, however, it's clear that every team brought their A-game. The High Wycombe Wednesday league continues to showcase a high level of competition and sportsmanship among its participants.
