Lockdown Challenge
As we look to stay mentally fit and physically fit during this difficult time we at Leisure Leagues want to not only support you but challenge you as well.
We challenge you to running at least 5K per week this can be done all at once or in two separate runs of 2.5K. If longer distance running is really not your thing maybe you do 5 x 1K runs just so you are doing something.
If you do it then we want to see your times so send it to us via twitter and Facebook and we can share it. This is not a challenge against each other this is a challenge against yourself to stay fit and to maintain that mental health by committing to your run.
