In a thrilling week 5 of the Ashton Under Lyne Monday Football League, teams across divisions battled fiercely, proving once again why this 6-a-side competition is one of the most exciting local leagues in the area.

In the Premier League division, AFC BC overcame Oreo FC with a 5-2 victory, while FC Gamble outperformed Ste Min FC in a hard-fought 4-2 win. Malakai of FC Gamble displayed a stellar performance, netting two goals and securing his place as the top scorer in the Premier League division.

Division 1 witnessed Lads on Toure's convincing 3-0 win over Colts, while Railway FC steamrolled Droylsden United with a staggering 7-1 victory. The star player of the day was Alex Barcz of Railway FC, whose hat trick distanced his team from the opposition.
