Monday 20th April - Ashton Under Lyne Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening's football in the Ashton Under Lyne Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled barring Sullivans and Two Girls One Schlupp who've both been removed.  We were also missing Staly Vegas but they return as normal on Monday 27th April.

We welcome new teams The Six Offenders and Globe FC to the league from Monday 27th April and wish these good luck in their first matches with us this week.

 As we approach the final two weeks of the season, the stakes have never been higher. The top performing teams this week were UNATHLETICO MADRID in the Premier League, Ladzio and Road To Relegation in Division 1, UK Decs in Division 2, Lords VI and Seal Team 6 in Division 3, and Dzeko And The Bunnymen in Division 4.

The Premier League saw UNATHLETICO MADRID storm past Droylsden United with a decisive 4-0 victory. Meanwhile, in Division 1, Ladzio dominated Tekkerslovakia with a 5-1 victory, while Road To Relegation narrowly defeated Alcoholico Madrid in a riveting 2-1 match. Ollie from Ladzio emerged as the top scorer in Division 1, netting 2 goals.

In Division 2, UK Decs unleashed a stunning 8-0 victory over AmorimLicker, with Darrell Moulton of UK Decs standing as the top scorer with 4 goals. Over in Division 3, Seal Team 6 secured an impressive 5-1 win against Six In The City, while Lords VI held their ground with a 2-0 victory over TC Sports. Theo from Seal Team 6 bagged 2 goals, making him the top scorer in this division.

In the tense clashes of Division 4, Dzeko And The Bunnymen overpowered Bog Nation in a 6-2 showdown, while Millgate FC edged past Pilfering Swines with a 3-1 victory. Kane B from Ntown fc was the top scorer in this division with 3 goals.
