In the exhilarating world of 6 a side football, the Plymouth Monday League is nearing its climax as we have just completed the 8th week of the season. With only two weeks left, the competition is heating up, and teams are vying to secure their places for the next season.

In Division 1, Crouch Potato and Boring FC ended in a stalemate with a 2-2 draw, while FC Brian Munich and Phellers couldn't outdo each other resulting in a 1-1 draw. Jive Turkeys showcased their dominance with a convincing 4-0 victory against Tugz Malone FC.

In Division 2, AF United bulldozed Gamballers with a solid 5-0 victory. Meanwhile, Law Abiding Sigurdssons and Paraolympiacos FC both recorded impressive 5-0 victories against their respective rivals, Varane Frank and Red Head Redemption FC, enhancing their chances for securing a spot in the next season.

The competition in Division 3 saw Elbybombers outclass 342 FC with a remarkable 9-1 victory. Jerry Can FC edged out SubnDubs with a narrow 3-2 win, while Havent A Clue overcame Saltash Unathletic with a 5-3 victory.

In Division 4, BBB FC claimed a 4-1 victory over Barely Athletic, while Gurnow Mill and Saka Potatoes ended in a 1-1 draw. Inter Ya Nan slayed Grub FC with a massive 5-0 win.

Austin FC and Ball Of Duty recorded 2-1 and 3-1 victories respectively in Division 5, while Clive fell 1-3 to Mr Men And Friends.

Caffeine Park Rangers, in Division 6, narrowly lost to Boi United by 2-3, and Trousers Down 11 demonstrated their scoring prowess with a 9-2 victory over SuleksDelight.

The battle for the top scorers in each division is just as fierce, with players putting in their best effort to claim the coveted title.
