In an action-packed Week 5 of the Southend Sunday 7-a-side Football League, there were thrills, spills, and standout performances across the divisions.

In the Premier League, Big Hs 7s emphasized their dominance with a commanding 11-1 victory over Southend Eagles. In the other match, Steve's Specials pulled off a comfortable 5-1 win over S.I.N, securing their third win of the season.

The Division 1 battle saw BigHs 2nd continue their unbeaten run, narrowly edging past Mellow Yellows 2-0. F.C Sparkathorn clinched a tight 1-0 victory over MITS Legends, while A Dad And His Sons trumped Shoebury Unathletic 3-2 in a thrilling encounter.

Division 2 offered a pulsating tie, with Shark Island Nightmares and A Dad And His Boys battling to a 3-3 draw. MITS Athletic came out on top in a six-goal duel against Sparkalona, winning 4-2.
