On a freezing cold night at the Elba, Life's a Pitch recorded a cracking win over title rivals 657 to hit the top of the Premier League. A Matt Lambrick "worldy" (his words)... stole the show last night and the points for the leaders. Tucked in just behind in second place also sporting a 100% are Village Idiots. Phil Llew's Magpies finally dispatching a plucky Stroke Titty in another tight match on pitch 2. Smack Bilic roared into top gear beating Waunkers 7 - 1, whilst AFC Total Plumbing (formerly Moleicester) recorded an opening day 4-1 win against Champions Brian Munich.

Over on Pitch 1 Shane Long hit the top of the table following a 4 -1 win over the Goldtops. Bash Street are giving chase in second place following their 2-0 win against Admiral Outbound. Going Toulouse and Average Joes shared the points in a 4 goal thriller, whilst the team of the night award goes to the Ninja Skrytles who won their first game at the Elba last night, beating previous league leaders Tea and Busquets 2 nil in a great opening match of the night.
