Exeter Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 1

Exeter Monday's 6-a-side Football League began its new season last night with a series of dramatic matches across four divisions.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, 6 Bricks outplayed Wacko FC with a 6-4 win, while Albanian Rozzers clinched a narrow victory against Thirsty Beaver FC, scoring 5-4. The most notable match saw FC Diddlers dominate The Boys with an impressive 8-0 scoreline, largely thanks to B.C, the top scorer in the division who netted three goals for his team.

DIVISION ONE
Division 1 also witnessed some intense games. Pathetic Athletic edged out Puyol Pants Down with a 7-6 victory, where Sam Probert led the charge for Pathetic Athletic and was the division's top scorer, netting six goals. His superior performance earned him the title of the most valued player in this opening week.

DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, Spoono Fernandes had a decisive win over Newton with a 9-2 score. Kai Cabrera of Spoono Fernandes was the division's top scorer, having scored five of those goals.

DIVISION THREE
Finally, in Division 3, Chubby Alonso's defeated Magasakis Men with a 5-3 score. The top scorer in the division was Jack Cole from Chubby Alonso's, who contributed four goals to his team's victory.

Overall, the first week of the 6-a-side Football League season provided plenty of thrilling action across all divisions, setting a high bar for the weeks to come. With standout performances like that of Sam Probert from Pathetic Athletic, football fans have much to look forward to as the season progresses.
