In the 12th week of the high-octane Exeter Monday 6 a side Football League, the players delivered another round of thrilling performances for the spectators. We witnessed some intense matches in the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3, with only two weeks left in the season.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, Thirsty Beaver FC secured a decisive 5-3 victory over HEAV CRESS, while TGFC clinched a narrow 4-3 win over The Boys. The league's top scorer Ben B from Thirsty Beaver FC maintained his scorching form, netting a total of three goals.
DIVISION ONE
Division 1 saw Albanian Rozzers trounce Sands United FC Exeter 7-1, and Puyol Pants Down emerged victorious over Smeg United with a score of 6-4. Marlon Blum from Albanian Rozzers led the charge with an impressive four goals, earning the top scorer spot in this division.
DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, We Argue FC dominated SNLB FC with an 8-0 triumph. Meanwhile, Boss Copters eked out a 5-4 win against Chubby Alonso's. Adam Mellors from Boss Copters struck three goals to claim the title of top scorer in Division 2.
DIVISION THREE
Division 3 witnessed The Badgers FC demolishing Milltop Motor Boaters 15-2, while Mason Getafe Me overcame Real Sosobad with a score of 7-3. S.C from The Badgers FC stole the limelight with a whopping eight goals, making him the top scorer of the division.
The star of the week, however, was Jack Paterson from Barely Athletic. His remarkable performance won him the 'Most Valued Player' title, proving his pivotal role in the team’s success.
