Exeter Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 7

There was a flurry of action last night in Week 7 of the Exeter Monday 6-a-side Football League, with some thrilling affairs across all four divisions.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, FC Diddlers fought valiantly against 6 Bricks with a final score of 4-7. FC Diddlers forward, Iggy, put in a stellar performance, scoring three of his team's four goals, topping the division's scoring chart for the week. HEAV CRESS fell to Albanian Rozzers 2-4, while Puyol Pants Down narrowly edged Thirsty Beaver FC 2-1 in a gripping contest.

DIVISION ONE
The Division 1 games were equally entertaining. Boss Copters dominated Pathetic Athletic 5-1, thanks to their star player Adam Mellors, who scored a hat trick. Mellors' remarkable performance earned him the Most Valued Player (MVP) for the week. The Badgers FC managed to squeeze past We Argue FC with a 2-1 victory, while The Boys fell to a rampant Muffin Tops side 1-6.

DIVISION TWO
Division 2 saw Chubby Alonso's annihilate Magasakis Men 7-0. Sands United FC Exeter narrowly beat Murder On Zidanes Floor 4-3, and Fake Madrid triumphed over Tiki Taka 4-3, with Zachary Isaac notching three goals for the victors.

DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, Caught A Fever demonstrated an incredible performance against AFC Class On Grass, winning 9-1. Mason Getafe Me edged Barely Athletic 2-0, and Borussia Teeth defeated Real Sosobad 3-1. The AC MyNan and Queens Park Strangers game ended in a thrilling 5-5 draw, with Lewis Tasker scoring three vital goals for the Strangers.

With the league now over half-way through, the teams are showing no signs of slowing down, and we eagerly anticipate next week's fixtures. As always, we celebrate the achievements of our players, with a special congratulations to this week's MVP, Adam Mellors.
