The Exeter Monday 6 a side Football League carried on with fervor last night as teams across four divisions squared off for the eighth week of the season – Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League Division, HEAV CRESS reigned supreme with an impressive 14-0 victory over Exeter Gently FC. Their forward, Ed Smith, was the star of the night, securing a total of seven goals and earning his place as the top scorer in the division.
DIVISION ONE
Division 1 saw some high-intensity action as well. Ben Turner from FC Diddlers put on a striking show, netting five goals to lead his team to a 5-2 victory over Internacional. His outstanding performance didn't go unnoticed as he was crowned the most valued player of the week.
DIVISION TWO
In the Division 2 league, a thrilling match between Exonian Fc and Puyol Pants Down ended with the latter on top with a scoreline of 8-5. Harrison King, the top scorer for this division, scored four goals for Puyol Pants Down, stamping their authority on the game.
DIVISION THREE
Over in Division 3, SNLB FC showed a stellar performance against AFC Class On Grass, emerging victorious with a 5-0 scoreline. Oliver Simkin led the charge, netting five goals and becoming the top scorer in this division.
With week eight of the Exeter Monday 6 a side Football League concluding on a high note, teams and fans alike eagerly look forward to further action next week.
