In a thrilling week of football, the Exeter Tuesday 6-a-side league held its 10th round of fixtures. A total of four divisions were in action, with each offering its own brand of drama and excitement.
In the Premier League, the standout game was HEAV CRESS's 10-3 demolition of SNLB FC. Tre Davey was the star of the show, scoring an impressive six goals to make him the division's top scorer for the week. Other notable results included an intense 2-2 draw between 6 Bricks and The Boys, and Wacko FC, whose player Will Burwood was named the most valued player of the week, securing a comfortable 6-2 win over Magasakis Men.
Division 1
Its fair share of action, with Sam Probert of Pathetic Athletic nabbing the title of top scorer with two goals in a 3-3 draw against Tiki Taka. Spoono Fernandes, meanwhile, managed a solid 3-0 victory over The Beans.
Division 2
Tom Day of Goal Goal Power Rangers was the star, bagging three goals in a 6-3 win over We Argue FC. Brown Bread FC also had a good week, defeating Sands United FC Exeter 8-2.
Division 3
Daniel Eaton of Exonian FC was the standout performer of the week, finding the back of the net four times in a 5-1 victory over Dads Army. The WHC had a fantastic round, obliterating AFC Class On Grass with a staggering 10-0 win.
With such a fantastic week of football behind us, the Exeter Tuesday league will no doubt be looking forward to the next round of fixtures with anticipation.
