EXETER TUESDAY 6 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 9
In an exciting week 9 of the Exeter Tuesday 6 a side Football league, teams across the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 divisions battled it out on the pitch with some exhilarating results. It was great to be back across 4 pitches last night with the longer matches.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, 6 Bricks caused an upset against reigning champions Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels with a 10-6 victory while Thirsty Beaver FC and Rigor Mortys ended in a 2-2 draw. Inter Row Z delivered a stunning 7-1 victory over Wacko FC to go to the top of the table for the first time. Inter Row Z's standout player for this week was captain Thomas Jane, who was named the league's Most Valued Player. Also, in the Premier League, Crackin Plurrs defeated HEAV CRESS 7-4.
DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, an intense clash between Come Digne With Me and leaders Strawberry Moussa concluded in a 3-3 draw. The Boys scored a 5-2 win over The Mavericks to close the gap to Moussa to a point while Claudias Dream Boys secured a 3-1 win over We Argue FC. East Ham ended up losing against Magic Mike And The Boys, finishing the game at 5-3.
DIVISION TWO
In the Division 2, Albanian Rozzers were unable to secure a victory against Saints, with a final score of 2-0 to Saints as the leapfrogged Rozzers to the top of the table. Spoono Fernandes overcame Lads On Toure with a 4-2 victory. Tiki Taka had a high-scoring game against Clout, winning 7-4, and in the highest scoring game of the division, Brexit Ball triumphed over Chubby Alonso's 9-4. Aaron Pearse from Brexit Ball was the division's top scorer with 4 goals.
DIVISION THREE
Division 3 saw Only Fools And Ballers losing to PRIVATE FC 4-2 while Win Some Lose Some and Partners ended in a 1-1 draw. Exonian FC gave a commanding performance against Gundis FC with a 7-3 victory. Daniel Eaton from Exonian Fc emerged as the top scorer with an impressive 6 goals.
