Match day 2 at Exeter Tuesday 6 a side

It was match day 2 of the season last night. We had a couple of teams away this week but thank you to Cherries for staying on for an extra game and to a guest team for stepping in to cover Win Some Lose Some who will be back next week. Belters have had to come out of the league for now but will hopefully be back in the future, a new team from the waiting list will be replacing them next week.

Reigning Premier League champion Los Cojonudos United are top of the Premier League after a points match win last night with Belters not available. Thirsty Beaver are the only other side in the Prem with a 100% record and they sit second after a 4-2 victory against Queasy Nurples. Pie and Gravy are up to third after a 5-2 win over Chicken Tiki Taka, Morgan Maule and Joe Rees with braces for Gravy. Meal Deal United had two hat-trick hero's to thank after their 6-5 win over Inter Yanan, Mustafa Kaya and Harry Bracken both netting 3 times.

Tiki Taka have started the Div 1 season well as they won 4-1 at home to The Dons who to their credit put together a side when short so weren't quite at their strongest. Denis Petrescu scored twice as Div 2 champions FCSB won again with a narrow 3-2 win over Cherries. Relegated C.F Murrayball have adjusted to life in Div 1 quickly and have also won their opening two games with a 4-2 victory against Hakuna Juan Mata.  The other result in the division saw 4ft2Gibbo and Crystal Phallas share a 2-2 draw.

Strawberry Moussa top Div 2 after a points match win with Win Some Lose Some away this week. International All Stars were in fine form as they beat Blood, Sweat & Beers 5-1, a Simon Townsend hat-trick for All Stars in this one. Giroud Sandstorm bounced back from defeat last week to win 2-0 against Private FC. Chubby Alonso's and Rigor Morty's had a great match with Chubby's coming out on top 5-3, Isaac Littlejohns with a hat-trick while Aaron Mingo scored twice.

Three teams in Div 3 have started with two victories, the leaders on goal difference are Crackin Plurrs who ran out comfortable 8-2 winners in the end against Tinpot Town FC, Taylor Murphy with 4 of their goals. Reus Crispies are second after winning 4-0 away to Chocolate Moussa who haven't begun the season as well as the Strawberry counterparts in Div 2. Victor Moses Lawn have also started with two wins as their captain Adam Down banged a hat-trick in a 6-3 win against Unreal Madrid. Finally the tightest match in the division saw Sands go away to Law Abiding Sigurdssons and come back with a narrow 3-2 win, the three B's on the scoresheet, Blake, Barrowdale and Brook.

Thank you to Neil for overseeing the night as usual with all our refs and ball boy. Also a big thank you all teams. Onto match day 3 next week. Thanks Rich 07969 731086.
