IT'S AN EXTENDER DOWN IN COLNE

Things are most definitely on the up for footballers in Colne, as a brand new division kicked off in the Monday league at Fisher More High School.

We had some great action in the introductory week of the new division, including some really tight games, as Pendle FC and Leds on Toure both secured close wins by one goal apiece, with scorelines of 2-1 and 1-0 respecively.

We were disappointed not to see DeFourFourTwo present for their game, they will now be removed from the league and replaced by a new team ahead of the next round of games.

Teams are all reminded that there are NO GAMES NEXT WEEK as the centre is closed for Bank Holiday Monday, please ensure to check your kick off time online for the next gameweek on June 4th.
