Monday 2nd March - Flint Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Flint Monday 6 a side league this week, we were however disappointed with the non-attendance from Chunky Champions for the second week running, and as such have removed them from the league.

Bagillt United had to cancel late on but return as normal on Monday 9th March and we look forward to seeing them back with us.

The Royal Oak squad set a high bar for the season, taking down DFC with an impressive 5-2 win. Their formidable attack relentlessly pressured the DFC defense, securing a comfortable lead early that they managed to hold onto for the remainder of the game. The Royal Oak team's excellent start has set the tone for their campaign this season, and they're certainly a team to watch in the coming weeks.

In the other match, Inter Mondays locked horns with Mups FC in a game that saw the former emerge victorious by a considerable 5-1 margin. Inter Mondays were ruthless in front of goal, taking their chances well to build a commanding lead. The result has certainly sent shockwaves through the division, and Inter Mondays have undoubtedly marked themselves as one of the Premier League division's teams to beat this season.
