WEST BROMWICH MONDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 25TH MARCH 2024

All the latest news for the West Bromwich Monday 6-a-side League direct from George Salter Academy.

Fantastic games throughout in the final week of the West Bromwich Monday League Cup as the teams battled it out to win their final games of the competition before the second half of the season of the league begins. 

The Monday League Cup was a great competition and well done to all teams that took part in the competition which was played in great spirits however there could only be one winner. It was 'Anonymous' who ran out winners after beating all the other teams in order finish top of the the table, well done them. We would also like to congratulate ‘Way Past It FC' on their second-place finish and being extremely unfortunate not to get the overall victory, they unfortunately could not go all the way this time around. 

The remaining places finished as follows:

3rd Place: MET FC

4th Place: Chicken Tikka Mo Salah

5th Place: Queens Park Strangers

All team captains please note the league will now have a week OFF before the second half of the season gets underway on Monday 1st April 2024 due to it being Easter Monday. We look forward to welcoming all teams back for the next games of the season on Monday 8th April 2024.
