Play in the West Bromwich Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the enthralling world of local football, West Bromwich Monday Night's 6-a-side League witnessed some intense action this week. Approaching the business end of the season in week 9, the competition did not disappoint the anxious fans who were present or tuned in from afar.

Unfortunately we did have some instances of poor behaviour at the league this past week which is disappointing but needs dealing with swiftly and accordingly. In the first game of the night two individuals in the game between Gear5th and Unathletico Madrid decided to throw punches at each other, the two individuals in question have been fined and permanently banned from the league  as we can't have this kind of behaviour down at the league in order to keep everyone safe.

In the 9pm game we had a poor challenge from a West Brom Strollers player that led to violent conduct being shown from an opposition player on 4JZ. Both players in this incident have been fined and banned and will return to the league after serving there bans.

It is paramount all teams stay within the rules of the league each and every week in order for the league to thrive on a weekly basis.

In the Premier League division, renowned teams Gear5th and Unathletico Madrid played out a nail-biting but goalless match, ending in a stalemate. The West Brom Strollers, however, managed to outclass 4JZ with a decisive 3-0 victory. The football fans were also treated to another thrilling match when The Inbetweeners FC and Twisted Wizards clashed head-to-head.

The Division 1 saw The Outsiders capitalizing on their opportunities and defeating West Brom VI with a 2-0 victory. Pulse FC and Black Country Town had a close encounter, with Pulse FC edging out their opponents 4-2 in an exciting match. In another feisty duel, Buzzballers managed to secure a hard-fought 3-2 victory against Westside Boys.

The thrilling action and high-scoring matches made this week's Monday Night 6-a-side Football League a memorable one. With only a few weeks left in the season, teams will be looking to maintain their momentum and secure their positions for the grand finale. We eagerly look forward to next week's matches.
