Cheshunt Monday: Week 3 of Action-Packed 5-a-side Football League

The third week of the Cheshunt Monday 5-a-side Football League ended with thrilling results, with teams across Division 1, 2 and 3 showing their mettle on the football field.

In Division 1, the star performers of the week were undoubtedly 5 Guys, who tallied a resounding 8-1 victory against The Penetrators. The game demonstrated their clinical finishing and solid defence. Unreal Madrid and EZE TIGER. ended up in a 3-3 deadlock, showcasing a competitive spirit in the division. Erols Army edged out BBMO in a high-scoring game, finishing at 7-5.

Moving to Division 2, Pants United showcased the most dominant performance, trouncing Madeline Milan with a scoreline of 12-0. Star Dog XI and Ange Poste-clogged-loo engaged in a closely fought contest, with the former winning 5-4. Sub-Standard Liege secured a win against Finding Keeno, finishing 4-3, while LeBoshers defeated Benns Under 5s in a 9-5 encounter.

In the third division, Hakuna Mateta emerged as winners beating Inter Ya Nan 7-2, while Bogdogs Fc impressed with a 6-1 victory over Sanogos Six. While My Calf Gently Weeps narrowly defeated Paralympiacos 4-3, and MoLeicester beat Huel Never Walk Alone in a neck-and-neck 6-5 game.

The top scorers of each division included 5 Guys from Division 1, Pants United from Division 2, and Hakuna Mateta from Division 3, each team's performance and high-scoring victories have set the pace for the rest of the season.
