The Tipton Monday 6-a-side football league kicked off its new season last night with a series of thrilling matches in the Premier League division. The games were filled with stunning goals, exciting plays, and phenomenal performances by the teams and individual players alike.

Sitting top of the Premier League division early on is Out On Bale, who wasted no time laying down a marker with a strong win over Jam Mans Warriors. From the start, they looked sharp and determined to outplay there opponents. Playing on the front foot finishing their chances meant this one was a comfortable victory. Credit to Jams Mans who never gave up throughout, they will be looking for a positive result next time out

Elsewhere, Silly Billie FC and Redz On Stedz both got their seasons off to the perfect start with matching wins over 3JZ and Black Country Bad Boys. Silly Billie FC looked dangerous every time they went forward, while Redz On Stedz showed they can punish mistakes and make their chances count. Big performances from both sides and a strong early sign that they’ll be teams to watch this season.

The tightest game of the round came between Pint FC and Brest Milk The Best Milk, with Pint FC just about coming out on top in a real nail-biter. Chances flew in at both ends and it stayed close right until the final moments, it looked like a draw was the fair result but Pint FC managed to snatch it in the final moments. A win that was Pint will feel is very rewarding after a hard fought battle.
