Grimsby Monday 6-a-side: At the midway point

The Grimsby Monday 6-a-side league picked up where it left off, as we reach the midpoint of this campaign at the Grimsby Institute. 

In the Premier League, leaders Jimmy Sevilla crushed Gangsters Allardyce en-route to a 5-0 win to keep their title charge going strong with a perfect record. Michu at De Gea Ba beat West Marsh United 3-0 for their first win of the season, as Cechs in the Post kept their chase of top spot alive with a superb 7-3 win against Rameco. 

Division 1 leaders Forrester Boyd cruised past Clee Old Boys 5-1 for their fifth win in five games, while the Wednesday beat Juan on Juan 4-1 with a comprehensive display, before the action ended as Red Bull Grimsby got a walkover.
