A thrilling season of 6-a-side football in the Grimsby Monday league has finally come to an end, with The Val winning the title on the final day in style. 

The title race was quite close, with the final day having to decide it, but the Val's stellar 8-1 win over Koch In Dias sealed the championship for them after a great season. Runners-up Omar Bugal went down swinging, with a narrow 3-2 victory over Guilty Sigurdsson, but fell just short of the title. Still, they and their opponents both had seasons to remember.  

2 Girls 1 Schlupp signed off in style, with a 9-0 thrashing of Toiler Scrubber FC with the performance of the week, as Gangster's Allardyce won 5-0 against Michu At De Gea Ba to end their season in fourth.
