The Grimsby Monday 6-a-side league treated us to some more great games across both divisions at the Institute. 

Kicking things off in the Premier League Gangsters Allardyce and Subzero went head-to-head in a battle of the top two. A tense 1-1 draw meant Subzero maintained their two-point lead for the time being. 

Red Bull Grimsby and Azzy’s Big Ballers both claimed walkovers. 

In Division 1, there were goals for days, with West Marsh United steamrolling Nibble FC 9-0 to leapfrog them and enter the top two. 

A dominant display, which saw them massively bolster their goal difference. Division leaders The Wednesday stormed on, as they comfortably beat Rameco before Five Jerks and a Squirt’s walkover.
