This week was packed with terrific 6-a-side action in the Grimsby Tuesday league at the Institute, as we draw the curtain on a terrific season. Here are the key talking points.

In the Premier League, Grange FC earned their crowning moment and lifted the title, capping off their season in style with a 5-0 win over Sub Standard Liege. 

Kinky Konate’s last round draw with Kroos Contril Athletic earned them a vital point and second place after a great season. 

Stroke Titty are going down to division 1, but they went out with a bang, beating third-placed Rolls Reus 4-3 in a final-day thriller. Rosa Parks the Bus edged out Harlow Can You Go to win 2-1 and finish fourth. 

Div 1 saw Six Offenders seal the title and promotion, ending on a high to win 4-1 against Wolfpack. Exeter Gently beat Overseas FC 2-0 and WB on Toure pushed up into fourth with a 3-0 win over Crusaders. Lads on Toure’s walkover also sealed their promotion after a great campaign.
