In the Halifax Monday 5-A-Side Football League, Week 8 saw some gripping action on the field with all the teams showing fierce competitiveness across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

In the Premier League, Daddy Day Care faced a narrow defeat by Fluffers in a closely contested match that ended 4-3. Next, Inky Jims FC showed their superiority over Rippy Massive, with an impressive 7-3 victory. Murder On Zidanes Floor was also in dominant form, beating Kante Fit My Willian 6-2, providing a sensational end to the Premier League fixtures this week.

Moving onto Division 1, the EXPOSED NUGGETS FC had a successful outing against TRANSLINE, winning the game 4-2. In a rather one-sided match, HHH thrashed The Minnows 10-2. In the most intense game of the day, Brads Barmy Army edged past INTER YA NAN 8-7 in a nail-biting finish. Blackstone FC couldn't quite hold up against WTP FC, with the latter winning 13-6.

The Division 2 games were equally thrilling. HFX Ammers triumphed over Licouriche Allsports with a scoreline of 4-1, while FC P had a field day against Toe Punt Titans, annihilating them 13-5.
