In last night's opening games of the new season of Halstead Monday, a 6-a-side Football league, we saw some extraordinary displays of skill and teamwork across the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.
In the Premier League, Real Majizz kicked off the season with a commanding 4-0 victory over Bang On The Paqueta. Popped United also started strong, demolishing Barnards U15s with a 6-0 scoreline. Elsewhere, CESC PISTOLS secured a solid 2-0 win against Law Abiding Sigurdssons and Del Boys overcame Jeremies Rimpongs with a 3-1 finish.
In Division 1, Barbaras Boys opened their account with a convincing 4-0 win over Spice Goals. Turning to Division 2, exciting action unfolded as White Rhinos triumphed over 6BanditBallers with a 3-0 score, Turn Burn Goal edged out Busty Ballers 3-1, COYS impressively beat Goals Allowed 6-2, and Egg Fried Declan Rice stunned Fritzl Palace with a 6-2 victory.
Division 3 also saw some high-octane action as Jensons Under Fives scraped a 2-1 win against WACK JILLYSKINS, Sible Service routed Premium Barkelona Tarts 6-0, and Rodney Rovers subdued Shitzerland 3-0.
The top scorers for each division, undeniably, had a significant role to play in their team's victories. In the Premier League, Popped United led the scoring charts. Barbaras Boys were the top scorers in Division 1. In Division 2, COYS and Egg Fried Declan Rice shared the honors. Sible Service took the lead in Division 3.
