A Thrilling Week of Football at Halstead Monday League

Week 2 of the Halstead Monday 6 a side Football league witnessed an adrenaline-filled night of competitive football in Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.

In the Premier League, Real Majizz showcased their dominance with a clear 4-0 victory over Popped United. Though the scores were tight in the remaining matches, Bang On The Paqueta and CESC PISTOLS managed to eke out 3-2 victories against Del Boys and Jeremies Rimpongs, respectively. The only low scoring game saw Barnards U15s narrowly lose to Law Abiding Sigurdssons by 1-0.

Over in Division 1, Worms 6 A Side faced a tough defeat against Spice Goals, who shone with four goals against one. Barbaras Boys also had a strong outing with a 3-1 win over Only Curls And Horses.

In Division 2, 6Bandit Ballers topped the charts with a high-scoring 5-3 win over Egg Fried Declan Rice, the highest scoring game of the division. Meanwhile, White Rhinos notched up an impressive 4-1 victory over FC Marshelona.

Division 3 saw a couple of drawn matches between Jensons Under Fives and Rodney Rovers, and Big Lez FC and Sible Service, all with a scoreline of 1-1. The highlight of the night, however, was the seven-goal thriller between Premium Barkelona Tarts and Shitzerland, where Shitzerland sealed the win with a 4-3 scoreline.

Top scorers for each division were Real Majizz (Premier League), Spice Goals (Division 1), 6Bandit Ballers (Division 2), and Shitzerland (Division 3).

This week's games have certainly set a bar and fans are eagerly looking forward to even more exciting matchups next week in the Halstead Monday 6 a Side Football League.
