Don't Go Nowhere looking strong at Havant Monday 6 a side

Well it was another wet night on a Monday at Havant & Waterlooville FC as our Havant 6 a side league reached match day 3. This is supposed to be the time of the year when we have nice weather so let's hope for something a bit better next Monday, although if England win the Euro's we'd play in anything just to try and recreate it on the 6 a side pitch. Fingers crossed we see off Denmark tonight!!!

Don't Go Nowhere have had a barnstorming start to the Premier League season as they cruised to a 10-1 victory against Bilbao Baggins. Top scoring with hat-tricks were Haudiquet and Evans. That's now 3 wins in a row and 25 goals scored in the process for Nowhere. LP Hitsquad are also unbeaten as they got back to winning ways after a draw last week beating Wilfred Bony's Boys 4-2. Gateshill 2, Smith and Newman for Hitsquad, Bannerman and Langley for Bony's. Cardiac Arrest were back on form as they won 7-1 against Brownies Boys with strikes from Johnson 4, O'Sullivan 2 and Winslade. Wareham with the single goal for Brownies. Puff Puff Pass picked up their first win of the season beating Barely Legal 2-1 with a couple of goals from Derwin. Mullins for Legal.

There are two teams with 100% records still in Div 1 as the leaders on goal difference MK Dongs ran out 5-2 winners against Meat FC. Morgan Essen with a hat-trick in this one for Dongs. West Lee Mack had a points match win to keep up their perfect record. Three For One failed to give notice or appear for their fixture so have now been removed from the league. Out of respect for your opponents above all teams need to let us know, even if it's late notice. Thankfully a game was arranged for West Lee Mack by our supervisor Mike. LPU are also unbeaten with two wins and a draw, they inflicted a loss on Tangtastic 7-3 with goals from Fordham 3, Murdoch 2 and Curtis 2. Bombs won their first match this season with a narrow 3-2 win over Rapid Decline, Nash 2 and Miller on target.

Harry Regan was the goalscoring hero again with a hat-trick as Westy United continue at the top of Div 2, it wasn't a walkover though as Goal Diggers pushed them however Westy sealed the win 4-2. A3 Milan and RM Crossfit faced each other having both won their first two games. As predicted it was a close match with neither wanting to lose their unbeaten records, the end result 1-1. Turner scoring for Crossfit while Powell found the back of the net for Milan. Jobber and Finch were on the scoresheet as Willian Your Mouth secured a solid 2-0 win over Kye Rovers Res while Unais Frauds picked up a points match win with Steaua Portsmouth strangely paying for their game and not appearing due to the weather. They will be returning next week thankfully, remember we would never stop for rain! We'd never play otherwise lol, especially on a Monday it would seem. Thankfully Mike arranged a match for Unais against West Lee Mack.

On a more disappointing note we did have a red card in one of the matches on Monday which has resulted in a permanent ban for the player involved for punches thrown towards an opponent. While we don't need to go into detail about who it was we do feel it needs to be said that this is simply not tolerated. While many league providers choose to not mention it or pretend it never happened and just carry on we choose to make all current and potential new teams aware that if anything like this does happen it is dealt with and either players or whole teams will be removed regardless of whether we have a replacement team waiting or not.

Thank you to all our teams as usual and our match night supervisor Mike along with refs Blair, Nathan and Tom. Now finally to finish COME ON ENGLAND!!!
