Havant Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 2

The second week of the Havant Monday football league continued to deliver excitement and thrill, as teams battled it out across four divisions.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, leagues leaders Leigh Park United edged past Berewood United with a score of 4-3 in a nail-biting match. Clem Fandangoal FC proved their mettle by defeating Marlon Packet 5-3, while the Smashers secured a narrow victory over Old Boys FC with a 2-1 finish. Josh Mitchenson from Clem Fandangoal FC stood out as the top scorer in the division, netting an impressive 2 goals.


DIVISION TWO
Division 2 saw AFC Squids triumph over Cuties CF Mon with an emphatic 3-0 victory. Young Boys FC also enjoyed success, defeating Saka Spuds 3-1. Josh Ali from Young Boys FC emerged as the top scorer in this division, scoring two goals.


DIVISION THREE
A tight contest in Division 3 resulted in a draw between Dip Dip and See Me Tired, with both teams scoring a solitary goal. However, a high-scoring match saw Sum Ting Wong beat Wafty Wanders FC 5-3. Justin Smith from Sum Ting Wong was the standout player, bagging two goals to become the top scorer in the division.


DIVISION FOUR
Finally, in Division 4, an extraordinary performance by Waterloovile Social saw them outclass Havant A Clue with a jaw-dropping scoreline of 11-1. Man Tity also scored big, defeating GRRMONDAYS FC 6-1. Oliver Farley from Waterloovile Social turned heads, scoring an incredible five goals to top the scoring charts in the division.


As we head into next week, the teams will be looking to build on their performances, aiming for glory in the Havant Monday league. With such exciting matches this week, we can expect more thrilling football in the weeks to come.
