Havant Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 3

The third week of the thrilling Havant Monday 6 a side Football League saw some exhilarating matches across all four divisions. Each division had its own array of heroes and some remarkable performances that added to the excitement of the tournament.


DIVISION ONE
From Division 1, Old Boys FC were narrowly defeated by Berewood United, 2-1 while Leigh Park United secured a clean 2-0 victory against Clem Fandangoal FC. Leigh park United’s Mason Carter took the spotlight as the top scorer, netting a total of 1 goal.


DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, the competition was fierce. Saka Spuds managed to outplay AFC Squids with a scoreline of 2-1. However, the match of the week was definitely between Six Offenders and Misfits, with Misfits emerging victorious scoring 5 goals to 2. Kai Cutler of Misfits was the standout performer with a whopping 5 goals under his belt.


DIVISION THREE
Over in Division 3, Sum Ting Wong duked it out for a 2-2 draw against Dip Dip, while Inter YaNan delivered a devastating 6-1 defeat to See Me Tired. Shaun Turner of Inter YaNan claimed top scorer honors with an impressive 2 goals.


DIVISION FOUR
Finally, in Division 4, Waterloovile Social triumphed over Afc Poortoe with a 5-0 win, while GRRMONDAYS FC dominated Havant A Clue, ending the game 8-0. Top scorer in this division was Taylor Fletcher of GRRMONDAYS FC with an impressive 3 goals.


Despite the high-scoring heroes, the most valued player of the week was awarded to Chris Brown from the team Dip Dip. His performance was highly lauded and recognised across the divisions. As we move into week 4, the anticipation is mounting, and we can't wait to see what the next round of the Havant Monday League brings.
