Havant Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 3

In the thrilling world of 6-a-side football, the Havant Monday league just wrapped up its third week of the season, delivering yet another round of thrilling competition and outstanding individual performances.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Berewood United narrowly edged out CLASSIC VI by 2-1 in a hard-fought encounter. Smashers also recorded a similar 2-1 victory over Clem Fandangoal FC. However, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly Leigh Park United’s dominant 10-3 demolition of Misfits. It was a remarkable night for Leigh Park United's forward Shane Marshall who netted a total of 4 goals, making him the top scorer in Division 1.


DIVISION TWO
Over in Division 2, Young Boys FC and Inter YaNan battled to an exciting 3-3 stalemate, while Sum Ting Wong and Marlon Packet also shared the spoils with a 3-3 draw. Old Boys FC rose to the occasion with a clean 3-0 sweep over Saka Spuds, with Andy Maunder scoring two of the goals to become the top scorer in the division.


DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, AFC Squids secured a 2-1 victory over Noddy Fc. The team of the night, however, was Punjab Alliance, who handed a crushing 7-1 defeat to Dip Dip. Bailey Rand was the star of the show, scoring three goals for Punjab Alliance and becoming the top scorer for Division 3.


Among the night's exceptional performances, one player stood out from the rest. Dale Marsh from Smashers was dubbed the most valued player of the week, demonstrating a dazzling display of skill and teamwork that set him apart from his contemporaries.
