Havant Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 5

A thrilling week of football wrapped up last night with the conclusion of Week 5 in the Havant Monday 6 a side Football League. Teams from three divisions exhibited strong performances and showcased the intense competition that this league brings.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Berewood United emerged victorious with a comprehensive 3-0 defeat over Clem Fandangoal FC. Leigh Park United also displayed their dominance by trouncing Classic VI with an impressive 6-2 victory. In a much closer contest, the Smashers scraped past Misfits with a 1-0 win. Mason Carter from Leigh Park United was the standout player in Division 1, netting in 3 goals to top the goalscoring chart this week.


DIVISION TWO
Over in Division 2, the Young Boys FC triumphed over Marlon Packet with a 4-1 victory, while Old Boys FC blanked Inter YaNan, securing a 4-0 win. Sum Ting Wong outclassed Saka Spuds with a 4-0 win. Charlie Clark of Sum Ting Wong was the highest goal scorer in Division 2, tallying 4 goals.


DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, Punjab Alliance overcame AFC Squids with a 4-2 victory. Sons Of Pitches pulled off a stunning 7-1 victory over Dip Dip. Louie Quinn of Sons of Pitches was the standout goal scorer with an exceptional 4 goals.


Shane Marshall of Leigh Park United was deemed the Most Valued Player of the week. His exceptional performance and skill on the field were critical in Leigh Park's victory and his contribution did not go unnoticed.
