Havant Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 9

In the ninth week of the much-anticipated Havant Monday Football League, both spectators and players were on the edge of their seats as teams battled it out on the field under the floodlights.

DIVISION ONE
In the Division 1 matches, Berewood United and Smashers delivered a thrilling game, with Smashers emerging victorious with a 4-3 win. Another high-octane match witnessed a spectacular performance from Misfits who overcame Classic VI with a 4-2 victory. But the highlight of the evening was the match between Clem Fandangoal FC and Leigh Park United, where Leigh Park United dominated with an impressive 6-0 win. The top scorer for Division 1 was none other than the magnificent Mason Carter of Leigh Park United, who managed to find the back of the net three times.

DIVISION TWO
Division 2 kicked off with an exciting draw between Young Boys FC and Sum Ting Wong, both teams scoring 6 goals each. Inter YaNan faced defeat against Saka Spuds who won comfortably with a 3-1 scoreline. Marlon Packet and Old Boys FC also shared the points in a 2-2 draw. The top scorer's accolade for Division 2 went to Josh Harveygray from Sum Ting Wong who racked up an impressive four goals.

DIVISION THREE
In a solitary match of Division 3, AFC Squids managed to edge past Dip Dip with a narrow 2-1 win. Jordan Langrish from Dip Dip emerged as the top scorer for this division with a single goal.
