The Havant Monday 6-a-side football league continued to excite fans on its ninth week with striking performances from teams across Divisions 1, 2 and 3.
DIVISION ONE
In the Division 1 clash, Leigh Park United narrowly defeated Berewood United 3-2. Despite their loss, Berewood's forward Jack Lindsay managed to steal the limelight by scoring two impressive goals, becoming the top scorer in Division 1 for this week.
DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, spectators witnessed a one-sided match where CLASSIC VI secured a resounding victory against Noddy FC with an 8-0 scoreline. Reggie Mason of CLASSIC VI delivered a standout performance, netting four goals to secure his position as the division's top scorer. His goal-scoring ability was an instrumental part of his team's dominance during the match.
DIVISION THREE
Division 3 brought its share of excitement and action too. AFC Mole Hill and Dip Dip ended in a 2-2 stalemate, while HAMPTONA thrashed See Me Tired 4-0. Further, Old Boys FC saw off Punjab Alliance with a 4-1 victory, and Inter YaNan managed a narrow 1-0 win against AFC Squids. Jake Hampton of HAMPTONA emerged as the top scorer in Division 3 after netting three goals.
The ninth week of the Havant Monday league brought intense competition across all divisions. Fans and participants are eagerly awaiting the next round, hoping for the same level of excitement and top-quality football. Jack Lindsay, Reggie Mason, and Jake Hampton will be looking to extend their scoring streaks and keep their names at the top of the scoring charts.
