Havant Monday 6 a side - WEEK 4 HIGHLIGHTS

In a thrilling week of 6 a side football, the Havant Monday League saw teams across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 battle it out in fierce competition.


In Division 1, Leigh Park United triumphed over Puff Puff Pass with a score of 5-2. Westy United suffered a narrow defeat to Smashers, losing 1-2, while Rapid Decline outpaced Giroud Sandstorm, winning 4-2. The highlight of the division was the exceptional performance of Rapid Decline's Danny Brown, his brace of goals proving crucial in getting his team a valuable two points. 

Over in Division 2, AFC Mole Hill managed to secure a 4-1 victory over Saka Spuds. Guilty Sigurdsson edged out Flamingo FC with a 2-1 win, Kye Rovers fell 1-2 to Emsworth 6s, and Westleigh Rovers outperformed Pathetico Athletico, winning 4-2. Craig Marchant of AFC Mole Hill emerged as the top scorer in Division 2, netting a total of 3 goals.

Division 3 saw Pathetico Athletico 2nds win 2-0 against Fratton Trades, Barely Athletic secured a 1-0 victory over RiDickless 6, Meat FC demolishing Sheffield Monday with a 3-0 triumph, and AFC Mole Patrol defeated Murder On Zidanes Floor with a 2-0 victory. Meat FC's Bailey Kerridge stood out as the top scorer in Division 3 after scoring 2 of his teams 3 goals.

The standout player of the week, across all divisions, was Owen Murray of AFC Mole Patrol, who has been named the Most Valued Player. His performance was instrumental in his team's win and his contributions were undoubtedly worthy of this recognition.
