PREM WIDE OPEN AFTER 3 GAMES

It's early days with the season only being 3 weeks old but it's a short campaign and every result counts so to have a top flight table where there is only 2 points between top and bottom places is amazing to see. Cardiac Arrest bounced back with a win last night against Six Bells to go top, James Crane on target with two for the current champions. Westy Utd could be a dark horse for the title this season, they also have 2 wins under their belts having got the better of Puff Puff Pass last night. Toby Appleby scored a hattrick and Jonsun Smart got 2 for the Havant fan club side to secure the 6 - 2 win. It could have been different had Puff Puff converted a penalty at 3 - 1 but Ash Hyson stood tall and made the save to put his side level on 4 points and just one goal behind Cardiac. Hangover 96 couldn't repeat last weeks headline win and went down 2 - 0 to OAP's thanks to goals from Tom Wray and Dean Hewitt. They now sit 3rd in what has become a very unpredictable league table.

Division One looks really competitive too with a couple of draws thrown in last night. RCFC and Bottle Jobs both got their 1st point of the season in an entertaining 1 - 1 while Rapid Decline denied Smashers a perfect 3 from 3 as they secured a 2 - 2 draw against the league leaders. Jake Snook on target twice for Smashers. The only win in the division this week went to Meat FC who find themselves in the promotion places following the 3 - 2 win against Kye Rovers. Captain Joseph Gargaro amongst the scorers for Meat who get their 2nd win of the season.

Division Two has two sides with 100% records in tact still. AFC Mole Hill won 4 - 1 against WLR Utd while Spencer Baldry's strike settled the game 1 - 0 in favour of PCS Vets in their game with Hurricanes to keep level with the leaders on points. Bub Bub benefited from the space in the league to take a 5 - 0 win home, big thanks to Meat FC for stepping in and giving them a game. Any side wanting to jump in and fill the space in this competitive division can do so with an immediate start next week. Our 3rd Division produced some brilliantly entertaining games this week with over 20 goals across the 3 matches. Peter File are top with 3 wins from 3 thanks to a 4 - 2 win against WhatDivock. Westleigh Rovers are 2 points behind in 2nd thanks to a 4 - 1 win over Willian, Robbie Grant and Gary Davies with a couple each while the game of the night was the 10 goal thriller between Wecock Whippets and Tekkerslovakia. Blake Osborne netted an excellent hattrick for Tekkers but Perry Trevaskus matched it and 2 from Kye Cooper settled things 6 - 4 to the Whippets to kick start their season with a win. Great game and well played to both teams.

Huge thanks as always to Mike and the crew on the ground as well as to our captains for sorting their teams out ready to go.

We hope to have 3 more games before Christmas, the 19th may depend on Englands progress in the World Cup but the next two are definitely on and we might know a bit more about where this seasons trophies are headed by the time we take a festive break. Good luck to everyone for next week, we may well have the final place filled by then so watch this space for announcements.

Have a good week legends.
