In an electrifying display of skill and strategy, the Exeter Sunday 5-a-side football league progressed into its fifth week, recording impressive performances and surprising upsets across the Premier League and Division 1.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, the spotlight was on Bikini Bottom Boys as they secured a nail-biting victory against Net Six And Chill with a scoreline of 7-5. Not far behind, Scorinbread United edged out Dusty Ballers 3-2 in a closely contested match. However, the highlight of the premier division was the thrilling tie between 5 Guys 1 Cup FC and Cr4pFC, both teams showcasing a tremendous offensive push ending up in a 10-10 draw.

The star of the Premier League this week was undoubtedly Joe Burton of 5 Guys 1 Cup FC who achieved the top scorer accolade, netting an incredible seven goals, contributing significantly to the team's impressive goal count.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Roddys Roundup emerged victorious against IDIDYAMOTHERWELL with a 7-5 win. Steau Needarest also had a commendable performance against Lads On Toure, triumphing with a 9-5 victory. However, the most thrilling match was the face-off between Goon Goblins and Bonsai United, where Bonsai United triumphed 9-5.

The standout player in Division 1 was Conor Bickle of Steau Needarest, who topped the scoring charts with a total of nine goals.

However, the crowning glory of this week's league goes to Sam Gurney of Bonsai United, who was declared the most valued player of the week. Gurney's performance was instrumental in Bonsai United's win, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership on the pitch. His performance has set a high bar for the rest of the season, and fans will eagerly be looking forward to more of such performances.
