The Exeter Weekends 5-a-side football league reached its final week, with the conclusion of the 10th matchday this past weekend. In a thrilling display of skill and strategy, Sands United and IDIDYAMOTHERWELL clinched the Premier League and Division 1 championships, respectively, both with astounding records of 9 wins and 18 points.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, Sands United outplayed their opposition throughout the season. Their tenacious defence and clinical attack made them standout performers, contributing to their well-deserved victory in the league.

DIVISION ONE
In the Division 1 matches, the night was filled with adrenaline and energy. Goon Goblins faced a crushing defeat against IDIDYAMOTHERWELL, with an astounding score of 15-2, highlighting the latter's dominance in the league. FatleticoMadrid also lost to Wombles UTD with a scoreline of 12-2, demonstrating the fierce competition within the division.

Jack Penman of IDIDYAMOTHERWELL stood out as the top scorer in Division 1, with a total of 5 goals in the final week, underlining his pivotal role in the team's success.

However, it was Paul Harris from Wombles UTD who stole the show, being recognised as the most valued player of the week. Harris' commanding display on the pitch, coupled with his excellent sportsmanship, was recognised by fans and critics alike.
