CHATHAM MONDAY 5 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 6

In the thrilling week 6 of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side football league, teams from three divisions locked horns in a series of exciting encounters.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, Borstal Bums clinched a hard-fought victory against Bligh A Side with a final score of 6-4. Nigel Bens XI edged past Mac's 3.0 with a 5-3 win. Oliver Warner of Nigel Bens XI stole the show by netting three goals, making him the top scorer in the division this week. Pluckers still lead the table on goal difference from Bums.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 witnessed an absolute master class by Beercelona as they beat Gayson Mount 11-1.. In a closely contested battle, Holcombe Goons defeated Unathletico Madrid by a narrow margin of 2-1. Rapid Viagra emerged victorious against Snus Warriors with a 4-1 win as the bottom two met. Skinners FC also secured a comfortable win against Scottswood with a final score of 6-1 to keep in touch with leaders Beercelona. Ben Martin from Beercelona was the star striker, netting a total of eight goals and hence claiming the top scorer spot in Division 2 this week.

DIVISION THREE

Over in Division 3, Cokane United outclassed Barely Athletic with a 3-0 victory. Leaders Workrate FC posted an impressive 7-3 win against HAVENT GOT A KALOU FC. Tekkerslovakia FC, however, fell short against Get Your Scally Out FC, losing 5-2. In the final match of the division, Nutty Sauce FC managed to keep a clean sheet against Maroon 5 with a 2-0 victory. Sam Lovey of Get Your Scally Out FC was top of the scoring chart with a hat-trick.

The Chatham Monday league continues to provide exhilarating displays of skill and teamwork, with players and teams pushing their limits to climb up the tables. We can't wait to see what week 7 will bring!
