Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 12

Yesterday marked the 12th week of the dramatic Chatham Monday Football League, and with only two weeks left in the season, the competition couldn't be fiercer. Teams across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 displayed outstanding prowess on the field, bringing football fans to the edge of their seats.

DIVISION ONE
Division 1 witnessed a thrilling encounter between Cream Eggs and Holcombe Goons, resulting in a 3-3 stalemate. Meanwhile, Bligh A Side dominated over 365 FC with a remarkable 11-4 victory. In fact, their top scorer, Joseph, netted an impressive three goals alone. Twin City FC didn't disappoint either as they outplayed DWG FC, scoring 7-2.

DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, Workrate FC emerged triumphant against JUGG&WOOD with a breath-taking 11-0 finish. Their victory was spearheaded by their leading scorer, Jude Jones, who scored a total of 4 goals. The match between Lads On Toure and Cokane United ended in a 4-4 draw, leaving fans eagerly anticipating their next face-off. In other matches, Skinners FC overcame Get Your Scally Out FC with a 6-3 scoreline, and Stella Kings triumphed over Gayson Mount, finishing with a 4-1 result.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 saw a competitive edge with Squirt Direct and FC Bottlejobs battling it out to a 0-0 draw. Barely Athletic showcased their superiority over Expected To Loose with a 2-0 victory, thanks to their top scorer, Will Golden, who netted both goals. Club Tropicana Drinks FC secured a 2-0 win over Too Much Radio Not Enough Head, while Real Sosobad crushed Renegade Blues in a 9-1 victory.
