Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 12

In an impressive display of energy and strategy, teams across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side Football League competed fiercely during week 12 of the season.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Unathletico Madrid battled hard but fell short with a score of 1-2 against Holcombe Goons. The spotlight, however, belonged to Lallanas In Pyjamas, who pulled off an incredible victory of 9-3 against 365 FC. This victory was largely due to the performance of Josh Carter, who emerged as the top scorer of the division with a whopping 7 goals.

DIVISION TWO
The competition in Division 2 was equally thrilling. Too Much Radio Not Enough Head edged out Club Tropicana Drinks FC with a 4-3 victory, while BangBros FC and Pain In Diaz FC battled to a 4-4 draw. Get Your Scally Out FC and Lads On Toure gave the fans a nail-biting match that ended 6-5 in favor of Get Your Scally Out FC. In this division, Tommy Nye shone bright, scoring 4 goals for Get Your Scally Out FC.

DIVISION THREE
Meanwhile, in Division 3, Barely Athletic and Athletic Dildao engaged in a high-scoring game, ending with Athletic Dildao's victory at 7-5. Workrate FC gave a strong fight but lost to FC Bottlejobs 5-7, while Gayson Mount emerged victorious over Twin City FC with a score of 5-3. J Rowe of Barely Athletic topped this division by notching up 4 goals.

It was Ayden Walker from Lallanas In Pyjamas who stole the show this week, being named the most valued player of the week.

With just two weeks left of the season, the excitement and competition are mounting. All teams are encouraged to secure their places for the next season. It's all to play for in Chatham Monday's 5-a-side Football League!
