Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 2

In the fiery world of local football, the second week of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side league did not disappoint. The scintillating action, high intensity, and remarkable goals reflected the passion these teams bring to the pitch.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, the clash between Bligh A Side and Holcombe Goons ended in a thrilling 6-6 draw, exhibiting the competitive spirit of the league. The match between BangBros FC and Cream Eggs was a goal fest, with BangBros FC dominating the pitch and scoring a resounding 13-6 victory. Pain In Diaz FC showed off their defensive skills, shutting out DWG FC with a 3-0 win. Ethan Parsons of Pain in Diaz FC was the standout performer, netting two goals and now being hailed as Division 1's top scorer.

DIVISION TWO
Moving onto Division 2, Workrate FC and Cokane United displayed an intense match, with Workrate FC emerging victorious at 4-2. The clash between Lads On Toure and Get Your Scally Out FC ended with a 5-3 win for Lads On Toure. Gayson Mount demonstrated their offensive prowess over Mo-Leicester City, scoring 5 goals to their 1. In a high-scoring face-off, Skinners Fc outplayed Stella Kings with a 6-2 victory. Andrew Skinner was the star of the division, scoring three goals for Skinners Fc.

DIVISION THREE
Division 3 also saw their share of excitement. FC Bottlejobs asserted their dominance over Real Sosobad with a 6-1 victory. The game between Expected To Loose and Renegade Blues saw Renegade Blues coming out on top, winning 6-3. Club Tropicana Drinks FC managed a narrow 2-1 victory over Barely Athletic, while Too Much Radio Not Enough Head secured a 5-3 win over Cucks. Matthew John of the Renegade Blues stood out, scoring three goals and earning the top scorer title for Division 3.
