Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 2

Excitement was in the air at the Chatham Monday 5 a side Football league as week 2 of the season witnessed some thrilling matches. The teams lived up to their reputations while some even surpassed expectations, showing off their skills and strategies, giving the audience a night to remember.


DIVISION ONE
Division 1 saw some intense games. 365 FC outperformed Holcombe Goons with a resounding 7-2 victory. In another tight game, Borstal Bums couldn't quite hold their own against Lallanas In Pyjamas, losing 3-5, while Bligh A Side clinched a win against Unathletico Madrid with a score of 3-1. Noah Stevens from Borstal Bums earned the top scorer title with a total of 3 goals, showing his exceptional performance on the field.


DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, One Last Dance dominated against Too Much Radio Not Enough Head, with a staggering 12-0 victory. Pain In Diaz FC secured a victory over Lads On Toure, scoring 4-2, and Get Your Scally Out FC defeated Club Tropicana Drinks FC with a 3-1 score. The top scorer in this division was Andy Butt from One Last Dance, who demonstrated his prowess by netting 3 goals.


DIVISION THREE
Lastly, in Division 3, Workrate FC showed no mercy to Gayson Mount, taking a clear lead of 5-0. Twin City FC overwhelmed Masterbates United with a 7-1 victory. SORRY BRO had a significant win over Barely Athletic with a scoreline of 10-2, and Athletic Dildao narrowly defeated FC Bottlejobs 4-3. Muhammed Darboe of SORRY BRO was named the top scorer for this division with 3 goals to his name.


The league continues to be a thrilling spectacle with the teams delivering electrifying performances. Fans eagerly await the upcoming matches, as the competition intensifies.
