Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 3

In the dynamic world of Monday night football, the Chatham Monday 5-a-side league reaches its third week with some thrilling matches and top-notch performances.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, 365 FC triumphed over Borstal Bums with a score of 5-3, marking a significant victory for the team. However, the real nail-biter was between Lallanas In Pyjamas and Bligh A Side, where the latter cinched a narrow win with a 6-5 scoreline. On the other hand, Holcombe Goons demonstrated their dominance against Cokane United with a 3-1 victory. Meanwhile, Unathletico Madrid faced a heavy defeat against Lordswood LYFC which ended with a scoreline of 6-1. Lordswood LYFC's shining star was Joe Twitchett, who emerged as a top scorer in Division 1 with a total of 4 goals.


DIVISION TWO
Division 2 offered similar thrills with a 1-1 draw between Pain In Diaz FC and Too Much Radio Not Enough Head. However, One Last Dance showcased their prowess with a whopping 12-2 victory against Club Tropicana Drinks FC. The match between Skinners FC and Get Your Scally Out FC ended in a 3-3 tie. Miguel Beia from One Last Dance stole the spotlight in this division with three goals.


DIVISION THREE
Over in Division 3, Twin City FC dominated Athletic Dildao with a staggering 13-3 victory. Meanwhile, Workrate FC managed to overcome SORRY BRO with a 4-2 scoreline. FC Bottlejobs pulled off a narrow win against Gayson Mount with a 6-5 final score. James Doherty-Rowe of FC Bottlejobs emerged as the top scorer of Division 3 with two goals.


The Chatham Monday league never fails to deliver a thrilling spectacle of football, as was evident in the third week's action. We look forward to more action-packed games as the season progresses.
