Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 7

In the Chatham Monday 5-a-side league's seventh week, fans were treated to an evening of football brilliance that featured jaw-dropping performances from the teams across Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Bligh A Side channeled their inner champions, defeating DWG FC 8-4. Josh Jackson was the star of the evening, putting on a stellar performance with four goals to his name. His spectacular performance not only led his team to victory but also saw him crowned as the top scorer in Division 1.

DIVISION TWO
Meanwhile, in Division 2, the night belonged to Cokane United, who trounced Kroos Control in a commanding 11-1 victory. Jack Troke from Stella Kings mirrored Jackson's performance in Division 1 by netting four goals, earning him the title of the top scorer in Division 2. Despite Stella Kings losing 10-5 to Workrate FC, Troke's individual brilliance cannot be overlooked.

DIVISION THREE
In Division 3, the football field witnessed an avalanche of goals. Real Sosobad demolished Expected To Loose with a stunning 9-0 win, turning the match into a one-sided affair. Jack Marsh, the hero of the match for Real Sosobad, scored four goals, leading his team to an emphatic victory and earning himself the top scorer title for Division 3.

The week 7 of the Chatham Monday league was a testament to the sheer talent and tenacity of these amateur football teams and their players. With more exciting matches on the horizon, the season promises more thrilling action and stunning performances to look forward to.
