Chatham Monday 5 a side news | WEEK 7

As the seventh week of the Chatham Monday 5-a-side Football League concluded, there were some thrilling and competitive matches witnessed across all the divisions.


DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, Holcombe Goons emerged victorious, beating Bligh A Side 5-3 in a challenging encounter that kept spectators on their toes. The Cream Eggs managed to edge out BangBros FC in a nail-biting match that culminated in an 8-7 win. Sonny Varrall from Cream Eggs emerged as the top scorer of the division, netting a commendable total of 5 goals, showcasing his attacking prowess.


DIVISION TWO
Division 2 saw Get Your Scally Out FC defeating Club Tropicana Drinks FC 5-3, while Pain In Diaz FC succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against Gayson Mount. Skinners FC also faced a hefty 7-3 loss at the hands of Twin City FC. Twin City FC's Loz took home the top scorer title, scoring an impressive 5 goals and setting the benchmark for his competitors.


DIVISION THREE
In the closely contested Division 3, Lads On Toure dominated the field with an emphatic 8-1 win over Barely Athletic. Puyol Pants Down and FC Bottlejobs ended their game in a 1-1 draw, while Renegade Blues and Expected To Loose also shared points in a 2-2 stalemate. Too Much Radio Not Enough Head and Workrate FC's face-off ended in a thrilling 5-5 draw. Thomas King from Too Much Radio Not Enough Head shone as the top scorer, marking 2 goals to his name.


This week's matches have shaken up the league standings and set the stage for an exciting next round of the Chatham Monday's Football League. Anticipation is high as we look forward to more action-packed fixtures in the coming weeks.
